Summer is when corn is at its best. This week the price is right back at Harris Farm, a little later than it usually happens. A lot of our corn this week will come from a couple of the biggest farms still producing in the Sydney basin topped up with some product from Victoria. It’s a real family favourite for us, lots of ways to cook... boil, microwave, roast or my favourite in summer, on the barby. Tossed in lime, chilli and grated parmesan is fantastic and very simple to do.

Pick corn with bright green husks and plump kernels.
HOW TO STORE
Store corn in its husk in the crisper section, use within 3 days.
