At Harris Farm Markets, we take pride in delivering the best quality produce at reasonable prices. If your expectations have not been met, we would love to know about it.

Online Refund & Returns

If something's not quite right with your online order please contact us straight away and we will do what we can to put it right.

If a product is not quite right, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.  We will refund the cost of the product to the original method of payment or issue a gift card of this is not available.

In order to improve our service we may ask for photos of any damaged or products with quality concerns so we can pass these onto the relevant teams within Harris Farm to continually improve our service to you.

In-store Refund & Returns

If you have any feedback regarding in-store purchases, please contact the relevant store manager. All decisions involving refunds are made at their discretion.

Please note that refunds can only be processed back on the same card or mode of payment used for an online order. If not applicable, an online credit in the form of an e-gift card can be issued.
