- Neither we (nor any third parties) provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- You acknowledge that using any information or materials from this website is at your own risk and that we shall not be liable for that use. It remains your responsibility to ensure that all products, services and information used by you meet your specific requirements.

- Harris Farm Markets does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of any product images. Images are correct at time of publishing and subject to change by a supplier without our knowledge. All ingredients and allergens should be checked on the product packaging when delivered before consumption.
- Customers must only create and maintain one account per household.
- Promotional offers are limited for use according to its terms and conditions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- Harris Farm Markets reserves the right to refuse service or amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason.
- Harris Farm Markets will endeavor to notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any good/s where the price has been corrected or your order may be cancelled without prior notification.
- Pricing online and in a physical store may differ.

- Harris Farm reserves the right to contact the customer to verify personal information and credit card information prior to dispatching an order.
ONLINE
- We reserve the right to cancel orders and fully refund you, the customer, at our discretion and without incurring additional liabilities.
- Any promotional offers including discount codes and weekly specials are only valid for use towards online orders containing acceptable retail quantities and are not valid for wholesale quantities and/or those for business purposes.
- Harris Farm Markets will always endeavor to select the item ordered, if the item ordered is out of stock we will endeavor to replace it with a similar item. Replaced items will show on your final invoice which will be emailed to you when your order has been picked.
- In the instance where personal shoppers replace variable weight products that are charged per kilogram (such as Meat or Cheese) when they are out of stock, customers may be charged the higher per kilogram price of any substitution items within the advised weight range. If the value of the substitution exceeds the initial price charged to the customer, customers may be charged an extra amount.
- If you do not want replacements for any reason, please select "No Replacements" during checkout.

We will supply the following product types with minimum life as per below
- Refrigerated items - minimum of 3 days before use by date or best before date on day of delivery/collection
- Fresh juice, cut fruit & veg, salads - minimum of 2 days before use by date or best before date on day of delivery/collection
- Bakery - minimum of 2 days before use by date or best before date on day of delivery/collection
- Harris Farm Markets cannot take any special requests for specific product requirements or specific expiry dates.
- Harris Farm Markets requires upfront payment for orders. This includes items added to an order already been placed. In the instance of non-payment, Harris Farm reserves the right to refuse delivery of goods.
- Harris Farm Markets reserve the right to cancel orders suspected or found to be fraudulent.
DELIVERY
- Harris Farm offers delivery services
- It is the responsibility of the customer placing an order to be home to accept the order or provide instructions to leave unattended.
- Any instructions to leave unattended are done so at the sole responsibility of the customer, Harris Farm Markets takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to any order once it has been left unattended.
- If no one is home to accept the delivery and it is deemed unsafe by our delivery partner, then the order may be returned and additional charges incurred for redelivery.
- Harris Farm Markets will endeavour to deliver within the requested selected delivery window, however on occasions due to circumstances beyond our control, this is not possible. We will not offer any compensation for delivery outside the selected window.

CLICK & COLLECT
- Click & Collect orders can be placed online for pick up at a Harris Farm Markets shop.
- You must include your full name and billing address. Failure to do this may result in the order being cancelled without notice.
- Only the person named on the order can collect the order from a Harris Farm Markets shop. To arrange for a different person to collect the order you must contact customer service on 1300 828 491 prior to arrival at the store.
- Valid ID of the person picking up the order must be shown. Failure to have ID may result in the order being cancelled.
- The credit card used for payment may be asked to be shown. Failure to show the credit card may result in the order being cancelled.
- Harris Farm Markets reserve the right to cancel orders suspected or found to be fraudulent.
- Harris Farm reserves the right to contact the customer to verify personal information and credit card information prior to dispatching an order.
- Any order issues must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

GIFT CARDS
- Harris Farm gift cards can be purchased online.
- You must include your billing address when placing the order, even though the gift cards will be delivered digitally. Failure to do so may result in your order being cancelled.
- All gift cards are security checked by our customer service team. Our customer service team may call you to verify your details.
- Gift cards are not delivered immediately.
- Orders placed between 9am and 7pm should be delivered within 2-4 hours.
- Orders placed after 7pm will be delivered the following day.
- All gift cards are delivered digitally and cannot be picked up in a Harris Farm Markets shop.
- Harris Farm gift cards should be treated as cash and cannot be refunded or exchanged for loss or damaged.
- Harris Farm gift cards purchased from this website or in our stores will be issued with a 3-year expiry date. This cannot be extended under any circumstanes.
DELIVERY PASS
By purchasing a Harris Farm Delivery Pass, you agree to the below conditions in conjunction with the Harris Farm Terms & Conditions.
- The Harris Farm Delivery Pass is only valid on orders that meet the minimum spend for a Harris Farm online order. Minimum spend excludes any discounts and delivery fees.
- The Harris Farm Delivery Pass can only be purchased if you have an account. If you are a guest, you will need to create and account or sign in to purchase and use the Harris Farm Delivery Pass
- The Harris Farm Delivery Pass can only be used on one order per day per pass.
- The Harris Farm Delivery Pass can be used on all order types.
- The Harris Farm Delivery Pass cannot be used on 3rd party websites or Apps.
- We reserve the right to monitor usage of the Harris Farm Delivery Pass and reserve the right to suspend or cancel without notice or liability if we believe acting reasonably, that the usage breaches these terms and conditions.
- The Harris Farm Delivery Pass can only be used on the account it was purchased on.
- The Harris Farm Delivery Pass cannot be transferred to or used on another account than that it was purchased.
- We will not provide a refund where you have changed your mind about the purchase of the Harris Farm Delivery Pass. This will not affect your rights to which you may be entitled under the consumer guarantee of Australian Consumer Law.
- We may vary these terms and conditions of the Harris Farm Delivery Pass at any time or cancel the Harris Farm Delivery Pass offer by giving prior notice from such a date we determine.
Mobile (SMS)
The Harris Farm Markets mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Harris Farm Markets (“Harris Farm Markets”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Harris Farm Markets’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Harris Farm Markets through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Harris Farm Markets. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to HarrisFarm or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Harris Farm Markets mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
