In the face of record highs in beef prices, we still do have a cracking week ahead starting off with probably the best roasting line on the carcase with our grass-fed bolar blade roast. Sensational roasted slowly, they have great flavour and are awesome as left over beef and chutney sandwiches.
We also have a big mix of chicken this week as we have the extremely popular twin packed whole chickens on special along with a the new Peri Peri Chicken Breast Steaks and Korean BBQ Stir Fry Breast Strips which I am sure will be very popular.
On the lamb front, we have the half boned and netted legs of lamb which represent awesome value. These are a great flavour and excellent with roasted veg and a nice mint sauce.
Whilst pork has moved up in price earlier than normal this year there are still excellent products to be found. We have an excellent offer this week for the boned and rolled loin roast. These make seriously great roasts, or the astute shopper will cut these into a really cheap loin steak.
Lastly, we have the small packs of middle bacon and also the Serrano prosciutto on special from the deli this week.
