Mango Coconut Popsicles
Ingredients
- Two mangoes
- 270ml tin of organic coconut cream
- 100ml water
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
Method
- Blend flesh from two mangoes in vitamix with 270ml tin of organic coconut cream, 100ml water and a pinch of Himalayan salt.
- Pour into popsicle mounds and pop in freezer. Should only take a few hours to freeze.
- To remove, leave on bench for 5 mins to thaw slightly before pulling out of molds.
