Mango Smoothie Bowl




  • Frozen bananas
  • Tsp of spirulina powder
  • Handful of baby spinach
  • Maple syrup, to taste
  • (Optional) liquid of choice - e.g. water, rice milk, soy milk, almond milk, juice, coconut water

    Toppings (optional):

    • Hemp seeds
    • Mango
    • Banana
    • Coconut chips


    1. Add all your frozen bananas into a blender with liquid & blend until smoothie
    2. Pour 1/2 the smoothie into a bowl then add your greens into the remaining smoothie still in the blender
    3. Blend the remaining smoothie with greens & then add to the bowl
    4. Cover with desired toppings & enjoy!
