Mango Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie:
- Frozen bananas
- Tsp of spirulina powder
- Handful of baby spinach
- Maple syrup, to taste
- (Optional) liquid of choice - e.g. water, rice milk, soy milk, almond milk, juice, coconut water
Toppings (optional):
- Hemp seeds
- Mango
- Banana
- Coconut chips
Method
- Add all your frozen bananas into a blender with liquid & blend until smoothie
- Pour 1/2 the smoothie into a bowl then add your greens into the remaining smoothie still in the blender
- Blend the remaining smoothie with greens & then add to the bowl
- Cover with desired toppings & enjoy!
