Peach, Tomato & Burrata Salad
Ingredients
- The best tomatoes you can buy, sliced
- 1 sliced peach, cut into wedges
- Burrata cheese
- Basil leaves
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- On a plate add tomatoes and peach.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar.
- Add basil leaves.
- Top with burrata cheese, tear the cheese and serve.
