Bacon, Goat Cheese and Avocado Toast

  • Poachers Pantry smoked bacon 
  • Meredith Dairy Goat Cheese 
  • ½ Loaf Sourdough 
  • 1 avocado 
  • Salt and Pepper 
  • Olive Oil 



  1. Grill or toast sourdough slices and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Spread the toasted bread with guacamole, add goat cheese pieces, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Pan-fry bacon for around 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle with micro greens or fresh baby herbs.
