Christmas Ham with Honey-Glazed Carrots




  1. In a bowl add 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar and a pinch of pepper to create honey glaze.
  2. Score the ham, then glaze it. Stud ham with cloves.
  3. On a baking tray place the ham and carrots.
  4. Cover carrots with honey glaze.
  5. Bake on 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve for Christmas!
