Sweet Potato and Rosemary Pizza



  • 2 x pizza bases from Harris Farm

  • 2 tbsp passata sauce or tomato paste

  • 1/2 sweet potato, finely sliced

  • 1 red onion, finely sliced

  • A handful of rosemary

  • Olive oil



  1. Preheat your oven to grill at 180°

  2. Finely slice your sweet potato and red onion;

  3. Spread some tomato paste onto the pizza bases and layer the sweet potato, red onion and half of the rosemary. (Optional: cover it with vegan cheese)

  4. Grill for 15-20 minutes and top with extra rosemary and drizzle olive oil before serving.
