- 1 dozen oysters
- 2-3 finger limes, pulp only
- 1/2 cup of HFM Chardonnay Vinegar
- In a small bowl, add in the finger lime pulp and Chardonnay vinegar. Mix to combine.
- On a platter lay out your oysters, ensuring they are kept nice and cold. To serve, scoop one teaspoon of the finger lime and chardonnay vinegar into each oyster.
