Fresh Oysters with a Native Finger Lime Vinaigrette



  • 1 dozen oysters
  • 2-3 finger limes, pulp only
  • 1/2 cup of HFM Chardonnay Vinegar


  1. In a small bowl, add in the finger lime pulp and Chardonnay vinegar. Mix to combine.
  2. On a platter lay out your oysters, ensuring they are kept nice and cold. To serve, scoop one teaspoon of the finger lime and chardonnay vinegar into each oyster.
