Ricotta And Feta Dip

Ingredients:

180g ricotta
-
200g Danish feta
-
1 tbsp Za’atar
-
½ lemon, juiced
-
1 tbsp green olives, chopped
-
1 tbsp kalamata olives, chopped
-
1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp chilli oil (optional)

Crackers and bread to serve
Method

Place the ricotta, feta, 2 tsp of Za’atar, and lemon juice into a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.

In a bowl, mix the olives, pistachios and olive oil.

Place the ricotta dip into a serving bowl, scatter with the olive salsa and sprinkle with the remaining Zaatar.

Add some chilli oil if desired and serve with toasted bread and crackers.
