Toasted Panettone with Honey Lemon Cream

Ingredients:

1 panettone, cut into wedges

600ml thickened cream

1/3 cup honey

1 lemon, zest

2 tsp lemon juice
Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Place the panettone wedges on a lined baking tray. Place into the oven for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

Add the cream, honey, and lemon juice to a bowl and whisk with an electric mixer until soft peak forms.

Remove the panettone from the oven and serve warm with honey lemon cream dolloped on top.

Sprinkle with lemon zest and drizzle with extra honey to serve.
