Celery Sticks with Garlic Yoghurt and Dukkha

Serves: 4 

Ingredients

  • 3 Celery Stalks  
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Garlic dip  
  • 200g Plain yoghurt  
  • ½ Tbsp Dukkha (Optional) 

Method

  1. Wash the celery and discard the white bottoms.  
  2. Trim the leaves and cut the celery stalks into long sticks. 
  3. Mix the yoghurt and the garlic dip together, season with salt and pepper, and serve in a bowl with a sprinkle of Dukkha.
