Baked Sweet Potato with granola



  • 2 large sweet potatoe 

  • 1 cup granola  

  • 500g HFM cinnamon yoghurt  

  • 2 figs  

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup 



  1. Pre-heat oven to 200º

  2. In a baking tray lined with baking paper place the sweet potatoes and place in the oven for 1.5 -2 hrs until very soft (you could do this the night before). 

  3. Once cooked, cut through by making an incision across to open up the skin of the sweet potato and serve warm with a drizzle of honey, cinnamon yoghurt, granola and freshly sliced figs
