Loison Pandoro Zabaione
Naturally leavened product, with the typical Pandoro Shape. The yellow dough is eniriched with butter and Vanilla Mananara from Madagascar with Sabaione cream. The cake is decorated with sugar icing.
Hidden in Pandoro Zabaione is a generous amount of decadent sabayon filling , a foamy cream prepared with egg yolks according to the Turin recipe that also calls for sweet liqueur wine.
