Super Berry Breakfast Bowl
Start your day with a burst of berry flavour, complete with creamy yoghurt (plant-based if you prefer), crunchy granola and coconut.

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries
 - 
1 cup blueberries
 - 
½ cup raspberries
 - 
1 cup banana
 - 
½ cup coconut flakes
 
- 
1 cup granola
 - 
1 cup berry yoghurt
 - 
2 Tbsp macca matcha powder
 - 
½ cup coconut water
 
Method
- 
Freeze your berries and bananas in advance.
 - 
Place the blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and bananas into a blender together with the matcha powder and coconut water.
 - 
Blend well and serve in a bowl topped with granola, fresh berries, roasted coconut flakes, a lash of honey and yoghurt.
