Super Berry Breakfast Bowl

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup strawberries  

  • 1 cup blueberries  

  • ½ cup raspberries  

  • 1 cup banana 

  • ½ cup coconut flakes  

  • 1 cup granola  

  • 1 cup berry yoghurt  

  • 2 Tbsp macca matcha powder  

  • ½ cup coconut water

 

METHOD:

  1. Freeze your berries and bananas in advance. 

  2. Place the blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and bananas into a blender together with the macca powder and coconut water. Blend well and serve in a bowl topped with granola, fresh berries, roasted coconut flakes, a lash of honey and yoghurt.
