Melons, Labneh, Honey and Dukkah


Serves: 4


  • ½ watermelon, cut into cubes
  • ½ rockmelon, cut into cubes
  • HFM Persian Labneh cheese
  • HFM Honey, to drizzle
  • Dukkah, to garnish
  • Re-Purposeful Picks salsa verde, to garnish


  1. Prep your melon but removing the rind and cutting both the rockmelon and watermelon into small, bite size cubes.
  2. On a big serving platter, place the labneh in the middle and using a spoon, smear it in a circle pattern, around the platter. Place the chopped melon on top.
To finish, scatter over the lemon myrtle leaves, salsa verde, dukkah and a drizzle of honey
