Banana, Coconut, Mango Green Smoothie
The banana and avocado in this smoothie give it a velvety texture. To serve it as a smoothie bowl, reduce the liquid and try freezing the banana or mango before blending, then top with chopped nuts and banana.
Serves 2.
INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 cups coconut water
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 cup baby spinach, washed
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cucumber
- flesh of 1 mango
- optional: 2 tbsp nut butter
METHOD
- Combine all of the ingredients in a powerful blender and blitz until smooth.
