Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 400ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp raw honey (or prefered sweetener)
- Mangoes
- Strawberries
Method
- Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, and honey in a bowl
- Leave to sit for 1 hour or until chia seeds have absorbed the coconut milk
- Serve in a small bowl or glass and get creative with your toppings!
