- 1/3 cup honey
- 1-2 Tbsp sriracha sauce (depending on your chilli tolerance)
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce in a bowl
- Slather this delicious sauce over chicken thighs and red onion wedges.
- Roast until cooked through and wonderfully golden and sticky.
- Scatter with sesame seeds and micro herbs and serve with steamed rice and lime wedges.
