Stick Honey, Soy and Sriracha Chicken




  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1-2 Tbsp sriracha sauce (depending on your chilli tolerance)
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce in a bowl


  1. Slather this delicious sauce over chicken thighs and red onion wedges.

  2. Roast until cooked through and wonderfully golden and sticky.

  3. Scatter with sesame seeds and micro herbs and serve with steamed rice and lime wedges.
