Mango Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 2 mangoes (peeled and seed removed)
- 1/4 pineapple or 250g (peeled)
- 3 cups coconut water
- Mint
- Handful of ice (optional)
METHOD
- Place the mango, pineapple, coconut water and mint into an electric blender and blend until smooth. Divide the mango smoothie in 2 glasses and enjoy!
