Mango Smoothie Bowl


Start your day with a healthy breakfast bowl packed full of tasty tropical fruit. Mix up the toppings by adding your favorite fruits and our Regen Friend, Brookfarm Muesli.


  • 2x Frozen Mango

  • 2x Frozen Banana

  • 1/3 frozen pineapple

  • 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt


  • 1/2 mango cut into cubes

  • Handful of Brookfarm GF Cacao Coconut Granola or Brookfarm Wild Berry Granola

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flakes

  • 1 Passionfruit

  • Small handful of blueberries 


  1. Prepare the fruit a day before.

  2. Cut away the mango flesh from the seed and roughly dice, place it into a airtight container. Slice up the banana and chop the pineapple into small cubes, place these also in to the same container or a separate one. Freeze the fruit overnight to allow it to freeze completely.

  3. To make the smoothie:

  4. Place the frozen fruit into a food processer along with the coconut yogurt. If the fruit has frozen into large clumps, very carefully chop them up into bite size cubes. Blitz its until it is well combined and the consistency is smooth. Place the mixture into a bowl and allow it to slightly melt a little before serving.

  5. Serve with the toppings of freshly sliced mango, a handful of your favorite Brookfarm granola sprinkled over the top, coconut flakes and a good helping of fresh fruit.
