Frozen Mango Daiquiris

 

 

Cubes of frozen mango puree and frozen mango daiquiris in a pretty kitchen

As we’re rolling towards those glorious long days, this sunny seasonal delight is the perfect ingredient to work with. Bonus: it can be prepped ahead of time for easy-to-make daiquiris and summery slushies.

Ingredients

  • 6 ripe mangoes
  • 6 limes, juiced
  • White rum
  • Passionfruit pulp
  • Mint

METHOD

  1. Simply dice and puree several large mangoes, then freeze in large ice cube trays for later.
  2. When the occasion calls for dazzling mango daiquiris, tell the crew you’ll have them ready in a jiffy.
  3. Blitz 2 large mango cubes per drink in blender. Add a tot of rum and 1/2 a tot of lime per drink and stir.
  4. Pour. Voila!
