- 6 ripe mangoes
- 6 limes, juiced
- White rum
- Passionfruit pulp
- Simply dice and puree several large mangoes, then freeze in large ice cube trays for later.
- When the occasion calls for dazzling mango daiquiris, tell the crew you’ll have them ready in a jiffy.
- Blitz 2 large mango cubes per drink in blender. Add a tot of rum and 1/2 a tot of lime per drink and stir.
- Pour. Voila!
