Discover flavours of elegant, mint and tea-leaf aromas, briary hedgerow fruit, and a soft, cafe-creme finish. Treated in French oak for a drop that is long, full and complex! The grapes that helped create our tantalizing 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon were grown in the Central Ranges and Hilltops, where there was a very good balance of warmer days and cooler nights ensuring fruit flavor development was in line with sugar development. Each region brought its own unique profile and the resulting blend creates a unique special wine.
