Goose On The Loose Chorizo with Smoked Paprika
A cured version of a typical Spanish Chorizo, lots of wonderful spices with a dominant flavour of smoked Paprika and minimal chilli. Can be eaten as is or cooked in any recipe that requires Chorizo, (if cooking use less than recipe suggests as our Chorizo is dry cured and has more intense flavours than regular Chorizo sausage). Also ideal eaten as is with Manchego or any hard cheese and of course Sangria.
