Current Charity - HOPE

The HOPE program gives young families the support they need to build a brighter future, by assisting young women aged up to 25 who are pregnant or have a child under five years with a range of concerns including: homelessness, trauma, disability, domestic violence, poor mental health, drug and alcohol issues, may have been in the out-of-home care system as a child themselves.

Through integrated one-on-one support, HOPE helps young families thrive by supporting them with: pregnancy support, child development education, parenting strategies, playgroup and groupwork to meet other young families, address barriers that cause family stress, support to access education, training and employment, help accessing transitional accommodation and stable long-term housing.
