Tahini Noodles

Spiralized zucchinis make the perfect healthy noodle in this broccoli tahini treat.
Tahini Noodles
Ingredients
NOODLES- Zucchini (spiralized)
 
- 1-2 tablespoons of tahini
 - 1 cup of broccoli
 - 1/2 lemon or lime, juiced
 - 1 large tomato
 - 4 - 6 sundried tomato halves
 - 1/2 cup of basil
 - 1 clove of garlic (optional)
 - tamari or salt & pepper to taste
 
Method
- Blend all dressing ingredients to a smooth consistency
 - Pour over noodles and massage through. Let it sit for a short while so that the dressing soaks in.
