Super Yummy Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup chia seeds
 - 2 cups almond milk
 - 1/4 cup maple syrup
 - 1/2 cup shredded coconut
 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
 
Optional toppings:
- Blueberries / Raspberries / Strawberries
 - Figs
 - Macadamias
 - Edible flowers
 
Method
- Combine the chia seeds, almond milk, coconut, maple syrup and vanilla extract into a jar. Shake well and refrigerate overnight.
 - When ready to serve, stir well. Finish with toppings of your choice.
