Rare Beef Tostada

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • Eye Fillet
  • Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Red onion
  • High quality olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Corn or white soft tacos
  • Capers

Cooking Instructions 

  1. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Toast tacos evenly on both sides then put aside.
  2. Season Eye Fillet with salt on both sides. Grill them to your preference using the 3-4-1 method: 3 minutes on one side, 4 minutes on the other, and then 1 minute on the last side. 
  3. Once cooked to your preference, thinly slice the fillet and put aside.
  4. Dress the tacos with the Dijon mustard, eye fillet slices, thinly sliced red onion, capers and salt to taste.
  5. Enjoy!
