Pine Lime Ice Cream Sandwich
Ingredients:
- Coco Tribe pine lime ice cream
- Leda’s Bakery golden crunch cookies
- Lemon and lime zest
Method:
- Take your ice cream out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5 or so minutes to soften slightly
- Grab your cookies and ice cream scooper. Gently scoop out one scoop and place onto the inside of a cookie. Grate over the zest of a lemon and lime on top of the ice cream. Grab another cookie and place it on top of the ice cream to create a sandwich.
