Fresh Fig Salad



  • 3 figs, sliced into rounds
  • 2 white witlof, shredded
  • 10 walnuts, toasted and crushed
  • 30g shaved Pecorino cheese
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Handful of dill, finely chooped
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well (being careful not to tear figs).

Serve on your favourite platter.
