Fresh Fig Salad
Ingredients
- 3 figs, sliced into rounds
- 2 white witlof, shredded
- 10 walnuts, toasted and crushed
- 30g shaved Pecorino cheese
- Juice of half a lemon
- Handful of dill, finely chooped
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
Method
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well (being careful not to tear figs).
Serve on your favourite platter.
