Rain-soaked Sydney siders, lets reflect for a minute on the fire ravaged summer our more rural friends just faced.
Our friends in Batlow experienced much of the devastation brought by the fires, losing 20 homes and 20% of apple orchards in the region.
This week, Batlow apples together with local legend Sharni Williams are auctioning off the first box of apples picked in Batlow, with all funds raised being given to the Batlow Country Women’s Association in their quest to “regrow Batlow”.
We are calling on you guys - our wonderful Harris Farm Community - to get involved and contribute to helping out the CWA, with a promise to match any donation you make through our website!
