Charcuterie Platter with Olives and Cheese

 

There's no better way to enjoy the best cheeses, deli meats, antipasto and condiments than to group your favourite picks on a board and graze the day away. There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to charcuterie - it's all about quality, seasonality and your personal taste.

Preparation/cooking time: 10 mins 

 

Ingredients:  

200g Selected deli meats

200g Cheese (your choice of hard or soft, cows or goats milk cheeses, best to get a variety) 

100g Mixed olives 

100g Cherry tomatoes 

Nuts and crackers 

 

Method:  

Place all, ingredients onto a platter or wooden board. 

 

Tips:  

Add your favourite dips, pickles, fruit and/or sliced vegetables.
