WHAT'S IN THE BUNDLE?
800g-1kg Chicken Breast Schnitzel
660g Passata Sauce
500g Mozzarella
Cooking Instructions
1. Bring a large frying pan with cooking oil to a medium high heat. Cook the chicken schnitzel for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
2. Place the chicken on a lined baking try lined and grate the mozzarella cheese on top of the schnitzel. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes until cheese is all melted and golden brown .
3. Remove the excess oil from the pan and add the passata sauce, bring to the boil, season with salt, pepper and 1 tsp of sugar.
4. Serve cheese schnitzel hot with tomato passata.
