- 1/2 cup of almond meal
- 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons of black tahini
- 2 tablespoons sweetener of choice
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- Roll into balls, then roll in coconut.
- Place in freezer to set.
