- 2 kale leaves
- 2 kiwi fruits (peeled)
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 fennel
- 1 green apple
- 1 lime
- 2-3 cups of water
- Rinse the kale, the celery, the fennel and the apple.
- Remove the stem from the kale and roughly break up into smaller pieces, peel the kiwi fruits, remove the leaves from the celery (optional), slice the ends off the fennel, slice the apple into wedges and remove any seeds, juice the lime.
- Place all of the ingredients along with the water into the blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth.
- Serve as is or pass through a sieve and use a large spoon to press down and extract as much juice as possible. Discard or compost the leftover pulp from the fruits and vegetables. Note: Adjust the amount of water depending on your preference
