Creating their starter back in 2010, they first baked from the back of their cafe for the first couple of years. Moving to a state-of-the-art facility in southern Sydney in 2017, they have expanded their love to push boundaries & fermentation which means they can produce a unique loaf & along with some creative varietals.
Ingredients: Wholemeal wheat flour, Wholemeal purple flour, Filtered water, Natural leaven (organic flour & water) and Australian Sea salt.
