Thoroughbread Rye and Caraway Sourdough
Creating their starter back in 2010, they first baked from the back of their cafe for the first couple of years. Moving to a state-of-the-art facility in southern Sydney in 2017, they have expanded their love to push boundaries & fermentation which means they can produce a unique loaf & along with some creative varietals.
Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, Wholemeal wheat flour. filtered water, natural Leaven (organic flour & water), Whole rye flour, caraway & Sea salt
Allergens: Contains gluten - May contain traces of tree nuts, sesame seeds & soy
