Broccoli Organic
Broccoli has large flower heads, usually dark green in colour, arranged in a tree-like structure branching out from a thick stalk which is usually light green. It has a grassy, earthy flavour that's mildly bitter. It's very versatile when it comes to cooking and can be used in a variety of tasty ways. It's an excellent source vitamin A and C. Very good source folacin and Vitamin E.
It utilises organic farming to ensure production involves much more than not using chemical pesticides and fertilisers. This helps to minimise any negative impacts on the environment, maintaining biodiversity of the ecosystem whilst also delivering a nutritious product.
