I started on the registers at our Manly store while still at school, later worked in the Operations and Training team, and now I’m part of the P&C team as a People and Retail Capability Coordinator. Harris Farm has supported my growth and development every step of the way.
Over 20 years at Harris Farm Markets, I’ve grown from a casual on the registers to Head of Gourmet Buying and a member of the Leadership Team. It’s been an incredible journey of learning, growth, and opportunity with a company that truly values its people.
