Ingredients: Certified Organic Moong Dhal (yellow lentils) Basmati rice, Organic Spices (cumin, coriander, ginger, turmeric, fennel) Himalayan Salt.
Cooking Directions: Lightly fry in Sol Ghee or Coconut Oil (Vegan) then add water, bring to the boil and then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
