Dawning Day - Pinot Noir, Orange, NSW
Based in the picturesque village of Exeter in the NSW Southern Highlands, Michael and Katrina Archer have planted a small vineyard at 720m altitude to Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Gamay. New Burgundian clones have been sourced to encourage small bunches, intensity of fruit and layered, complex wines. 10% of sales of Dawning Day wines go to charity – because good things in life should be shared.
