Gemtree Bloodstone Shiraz

At Gemtree we farm our estate vineyards organically and biodynamically. This philosophy rewards us with fruit full of flavour and purity; these are the gems from which we craft our fine wines.

Vineyard, site and parcel selection is a major focus of all our wines at Gemtree. For Bloodstone we select the sites that display varietal expression, concentration and finesse.

Bloodstone is a lifted and aromatic wine with notes of blackcurrant, chocolate (floral notes) and vanilla. The wine is rich and dense with a soft and generous mouthfeel. Well balanced acidity highlights the vibrant, ripe and sweet red and blue fruit flavours.

Serve this wine with meats and Mediterranean vegetables straight from the char grill.
