1 Jar HFM Mexicana Sauce
Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese
- Tin of black beans
Preheat a sandwich press!
In a medium sized pot, pour in the Mexicana sauce and the pre rinsed black beans and bring to the boil on medium high heat. Cook for around 8 minutes and remove from the heat.
Place the tortilla wraps on a chopping board. Sprinkle some of the cheese in half of the tortilla. Add a couple of tablespoons of your Mexicana sauce mixture and some more cheese. Fold into half moons.
Place your tortilla creation into the preheated sandwich press and cook for approx. 1 min or until golden and the cheese melts.
To serve, cut into triangles and plate.
