We have a lot of premium cuts of quality butcher meats, Cape Grim Meatis one of our selected farmers that we source our beef from, they have their farms in the Far Northwest corner of Tasmania, which is renowned for it's rugged wilderness and pristine beauty, with abundant rainfall and Southern Ocean Swells, here is where Cape Grim chooses to raise their cattle, on rich pastures with nothing else added. They hand select and rigorously grade their cattle where our customers are rewarded with the pure beef flavour and quality beef.
We also source our Organic Meat from Belmore Meats, Belmore Organic Meats are proudly Victoria's first organic butchery established in 1996. Just like Harris Farm, they to are a Family run and operated business, who source their meat from family run organic farmers, that way we guarantee traceability and quality like no other. Their farmers get rewarded for all their hard work and don't get bullied by the large middle men. Belmore meats are certified by Demeter Bio Dynamics and Australian Certified Organics who ensure there are no extra handling from farm to plate.
