The fruit for the Oldbury Reserve Range was carefully selected from a premium site within the Southern Highlands district. This reserve series is only made on a vintage year when the winemaker decides that the fruit is of optimum Standard ie. Reserve grade. The series may from time to time have alternate vintages.
The Oldbury Reserve Pinot Gris was crafted by picking only the best grapes from our high altitude vineyards. Synchronicity was our target to achieve the perfect balance between flavour, varietal expression and structure. This wine radiates seduction with notes of apple pie, spiced pears, marzipan, musk, and honey suckle. It is medium bodied with an extremely silky glycerol structure right to the end.
