Apple, Kiwi and Honeydew Green Smoothie
This is a great everyday smoothie. To serve it as a smoothie bowl reduce the liquid to 1 cup and try freezing the melon before blending, then top with seeds and fresh fruit.
Serves 2.
INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 cups chilled almond milk / chilled water
 - 1/4 avocado
 - 1 apple, cored
 - 1 kiwi fruit, skin removed (Optional)
 - 1 cup of honeydew melon
 - 1 cup chopped kale, washed
 - 1/3 cup picked mint leave
 - optional: 2 tbsp oats (pre-soaked for 10 minutes in some water)
 
METHOD
- Combine all of the ingredients in a powerful blender and blitz until smooth.
