1. Giveaway Overview

This giveaway is hosted by Harris Farm Markets (Instagram & Facebook @harrisfarmmarkets). The promotion is open to eligible participants and will run from Wednesday 26th March 2025 to Monday 31st March 2025.

2. Eligibility

•        Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.

•        Employees of Harris Farm Markets and their immediate families are not eligible.

•        Participants must have a public Instagram account. Private accounts cannot be verified and will be deemed ineligible.

•        Prize winner must reside within 20km of a Harris Farm Markets store to be eligible for delivery.

3. How to Enter

•        Like the giveaway post on Instagram.

•        Follow @harrisfarmmarkets on Instagram.

•        Tag a friend in the comments. Each tag counts as one entry — multiple tags in separate comments are permitted and each constitutes an additional entry.

•        Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM AEDT on Monday 31st March 2025.

4. Entry Period

•        The giveaway runs from Wednesday 26th March 2025 to Monday 31st March 2025 at 11:59 PM AEDT.

•        Any entries received after this time will not be eligible.

5. Prize

•        One (1) winner will receive a giant 10kg Easter Egg.

•        The winner will also receive a $500 Harris Farm Markets gift voucher, redeemable in-store.

•        The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

•        Delivery of the prize is only available to winners residing within 20km of a Harris Farm Markets store.

6. Winner Selection

•        The winner will be randomly selected following the close of entries.

•        The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Harris Farm Markets reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

•        Harris Farm Markets’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. General Conditions

•        Harris Farm Markets reserves the right to disqualify entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms.

•        Harris Farm Markets is not responsible for any technical difficulties or platform issues that may impact participation.

•        By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Harris Farm Markets from any liability related to their participation or acceptance of the prize.

•        This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

8. Privacy

•        Personal information collected as part of this giveaway will only be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner. Harris Farm Markets’ privacy policy applies.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
