1. Giveaway overview
1.1 The promotion is a game of chance (random draw).
1.2 The promotion commences at the time the giveaway post is published on Instagram (AEDT) and ends at 9:00am AEDT Friday 23 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
1.3 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). (ACT trade promotion approvals may apply above certain prize thresholds; this promotion excludes ACT residents.)
2.2 Employees of the Promoter and immediate family members, and employees of associated agencies/suppliers connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Entrants must have an Instagram account. If an entrant’s account is set to private, the Promoter may be unable to verify entry requirements.
3. How to enter
3.1 To enter during the Promotion Period, entrants must:
a) Follow @harrisfarmmarkets, @solidteknics and @capegrimbeef on Instagram or Facebook; and
b) Comment on the giveaway post and tag a friend they would cook for.
3.2 Multiple entries are permitted, with one (1) entry per eligible comment, provided each comment tags a friend.
3.3 Entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, misleading, or breach Instagram’s Community Guidelines may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
4. Prizes
4.1 There are three (3) prizes to be won. Each prize pack includes:
a) One (1) $500 Harris Farm Markets gift voucher; and
b) One (1) $650 Solidteknics gift voucher intended to cover the cost of the Workhorse Trio set once it is back in stock; and
c) Cape Grim beef to the value of $500 (supplied as Cape Grim beef products and/or voucher arrangement determined by the Promoter for fulfilment).
4.2 Total prize pool value is up to $4,950 (AUD).
4.3 Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash (unless required by law).
4.4 Gift vouchers are subject to each issuer’s standard voucher terms (including any expiry, redemption conditions, and exclusions).
4.5 If any part of a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with an item/voucher of equal or greater value (where permitted by law).
5. Winner selection and draw
5.1 Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw at 10:00am AEDT Friday 23 January 2026 at Harris Farm Markets (Promoter’s premises) or another location determined by the Promoter.
5.2 The winners will be notified via Instagram or Facebook Direct Message the same day.
5.3 The Promoter may also announce winners via Instagram (for example, in comments and/or Stories).
6. Claiming the prize
6.1 Winners must respond to the Promoter’s Direct Message within 5 hours of notification and provide required details for prize fulfilment (such as full name, email, phone number, and delivery or collection details).
6.2 If a winner does not respond within this time, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize (as reasonably required).
7. Delivery and fulfilment
7.1 Prize fulfilment method (delivery or collection) will be communicated to winners directly.
7.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any prizes lost, delayed or damaged in transit where this is outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
8. General conditions
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrants (including identity and eligibility) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties, platform outages, or other issues that may affect entry.
8.3 The Promoter must run the promotion fairly and avoid misleading conduct in advertising and prize representations.
9. Privacy
9.1 Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and contacting winners.
9.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available on the Harris Farm Markets website).
10. Governing law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant Australian State or Territory.
